Indications:


Diarrhoea due to Food Poisoning.

Used as Preanesthetic agent before & during surgery.

Pesticide Poisoning.

In cases of Bronchoconstriction.

Mechanism of Action during Various Physiological Problems

Atropine sulphate is an Antagonist drug & classified as Parasympatholytic.

Atropine is rapidly absorbed by GIT & Distributed in whole body.

Atropine is Metabolised in Liver.

Half Life - 1/2 - 2 Hours.

Dosage & Administration

Cow & Buffalo Sheep & Goats

For Pesticide Poisoning:-

Prescribe Atrovet Injection Followed by Atrovet Bolus Twice a Day.
